INGREDIENTS: Water, Chickpeas, Parsley, Onions, Cilantro, Garlic, Salt, Spices, Flour.
Form Falafel into desired shape and size. 1oz balls/pucks are recommended for optimal cooking.
FRYER: Fry Falafel balls for 3-3:30 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature is 70°.
