Halal Chicken Shawarma is made of marinated boneless chicken leg (dark meat) without skin stacked into cones.

Our shawarma cones are prepared using the traditional Middle-Eastern way. Special meat slices are carefully chosen, thinly cut, marinated in a robust spice blend and hand-stacked to make the cones/spinners.

Ingredients:

Salt, dehydrated garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, caul fat, citric acid, oregano, ginger, black pepper and curry powder.
